You might not believe this but spending twenty minutes on one of these machines works out your whole body. Spending twenty minutes on one of these machines is the same thing as spending sixty minutes working out each of your major muscle systems separately. Lots of people choose to use one of these machines because they do the same thing the other equipment machines do but they do it in a fraction of the time!

Fitness involves your whole life. There is more to fitness than some sporadic exercising when the mood strikes you.
